How to Use
Wet Your Face: Start by wetting your face with lukewarm water. Hot water can be harsh on the skin and lead to dryness, so lukewarm is usually best.
Apply the Facial Wash: Squeeze a small amount of the facial wash onto your fingertips or into your palm. Some people prefer to use a facial cleansing brush or sponge, but your hands work just fine for this.
Lather and Cleanse: Apply the facial wash to your face using gentle, circular motions. Focus on areas that are prone to oiliness or dirt, such as the forehead, nose, and chin (often called the T-zone). Be sure to avoid the eye area as the skin there is very sensitive.
Time it Right: Aim to cleanse for at least 30 seconds but not more than 2 minutes. Over-cleansing can strip your skin of its natural oils.
Rinse Off: Rinse your face thoroughly with lukewarm water. Make sure to remove all the facial wash. Leftover product can lead to skin irritation or breakouts.
Pat Dry: Gently pat your face dry with a clean towel. Rubbing can irritate the skin and lead to redness.
Follow Up: After cleansing, proceed with the next steps in your skincare routine. This usually involves applying refresh mist, serum, moisturiser, and any specialised treatments you may be using.
